kinch performing on the train tracksHere in Phoenix we have a variety of reasons to be thankful for the new Metro Light Rail. The light rail provides an inexpensive public transportation alternative, it cuts down on pollution, and let's not forget about the light rail pub crawls. Well, now we have one more reason to be thankful for the light rail and that reason is the website The Train Tracks. The concept is simple: take some of Phoenix's best bands and film them playing live on the light rail. Even though the site only has two performances so far, both of which are outstanding, this site has become one of my favorite local websites. I highly recommend you check it out. You can be sure that we will be letting you know as soon as more performances become available.
