Panama "It's Not Over"

Do you think Panama named themselves after the country or the Van Halen song? I like to think that they have never heard of Panama the country, but they are from Australia and not the U.S., so they probably know about other countries AND Van Halen songs. This mystery may never be solved, it's our generations Lindbergh baby.
