Phosphorescent "Song For Zula"

This is probably not even close to being an official video. My guess is that NPR has the "exclusive" rights to this video for at least a few days. But I think the rules are a bit muddy when it comes to who has tell Vimeo to pull this video. Is it me? Do I have to tell them?

I am in Washington D.C. right now so I guess I can hop on over to NPR headquarters and ask. I am NOT going to do that though, traffic here is the WORST! Have you ever looked at a map of D.C.? It's the most poorly designed street system I have ever been a part of since forever. L'Enfant sucked and Washington should have fired him sooner... these are things you learn when you go to Washington and read stuff in Museums.
