New Music Tuesday: John Vanderslice, Iron and Wine, Passion Pit

After a slow week last week there are a ton of quality albums that you can pick up today. I'm very excited to pick up the latest album from John Vanderslice, whose album Romanian Names is available today. We've brought you a couple of tracks from Vanderslice's latest effort, both of which I really enjoyed.

Another release that we've been following here on the blog is the musical collection from Iron and Wine called Around The Well. This two disc collection features unreleased material and rarities from the band.

Other albums I'm excited to hear include Jason Lytle's Yours Truly, The Commuter, Au Revoir Simone's Still Night, Still Light, and White Rabbits' It's Frightening.

Our deal of the day comes way of Passion Pit, whose new album Manners is available today and can be picked up for just $2.99 if you buy the mp3 album. I listened to the album last week on the bands Myspace page and that is a steal considering how good that album is.
