Video: Damien Jurado "Arkansas"

In terms of US states I'd most like to visit one day Arkansas is pretty low on the list. On the other hand, in terms of music videos I'm enjoying right now "Arkansas" from Damien Jurado is pretty high. It's a eerie, black and white video that has an interesting little twist at the end. I won't spoil it for you but it's very M. Night-esque.

The song "Arkansas" comes off of Jurado's latest LP Saint Bartlett which is out now on Secretly Canadian. I'm enjoying the album right now and in particular the song "Cloudy Shoes." For local fans of Damien Jurado you can catch the folkster when he plays the Rhythm Room along with Kay Kay And His Weathered Underground June 28th.
