Personally since my house has dropped in value by about 200% since I bought it 3 years ago, real estate has NOT been my favorite thing. But Real Estate is doing a pretty good job of making me like the words "real estate" again, at least metaphorically.
I have only heard one song off their new self titled album (Beach Comber...listen below) and it has a nice "Spacey California" vibe (even through they are from New Jersey) that I have been getting into since Wavves earlier this year.
